Staff Outcome Designer

📋 Description

• Architect and build the agentic design system platform, including components, patterns
• Build intake and automated evaluation systems that triage design requests and check them against
• Build release QA automation to catch quality issues before shipping.
• Build data telemetry from production environments to create feedback loops for design impact.
• Lead moonshot projects on agentic customer experiences across design and engineering.
• Work within deployment stack (Docker, EKS/Kubernetes on AWS, GitHub CI/CD) to ship and maintain

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience building and scaling agentic design systems with automated docs
• Experience building production/release infrastructure (pipelines, intake/evaluation, QA automation
• Familiarity with Docker, EKS, and GitHub CI/CD pipelines, or similar stacks.
• Ability to defend where human gates vs automation belong with concrete examples.
• Track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional, moonshot projects and delivering real outcomes.
• Comfort being the first in a role and building the playbook.
