📋 Description
- Focusing on the maritime portfolio, develop autonomy for USVs/UUVs/UAVs for single/multi-agent
- Build capabilities from ground up and integrate onto new platforms.
- End-to-end feature ownership from design to deployment; mentor juniors.
- Travel ~25% for offices, customer sites, and events.
🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS in CS/EE/Mechanical/Aerospace or equivalent.
- 10+ yrs with Bachelor's or 7+ yrs with PhD; or 9 yrs with MS.
- Proficient in C++ and Python.
- Robotics tech areas: control, motion planning, optimization, tactical behaviors, distributed
- Experience with unmanned systems and maritime domain preferred.
- Experience with simulation tools (AFSIM/NGTS or similar).
