📋 Description
- Lead PM for O&M and modernization efforts on federal government client
- Act as primary liaison between Commission staff and contractor
- Manage two Agile development teams across 10 CFTC applications
- Plan, monitor, and manage risks; coordinate with leadership to set priorities and release schedules
- Ensure policies and security of project and contract are maintained
- Deliver high-quality project deliverables on schedule
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of enterprise software PM experience
- Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agile project management experience
- Strong active listening and stakeholder elicitation skills
- Experience mentoring teams and coordinating with non-technical government officials
