Supervisor, Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Oversee AR for AbbVie Allergan Aesthetics within Canada
• Lead a team of 3 to 5 credit analysts; coordinate with Customer Service and Commercial teams
• Manage collection procedures to minimize past due and delinquency
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie credit policies and support SOX/internal auditors
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and KPI dashboards for AR performance
• Collaborate on month-end processes and bank reconciliations as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field
• 5 years of credit experience; experience managing a team
• Proficient in reading financial statements and SAP
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with order-to-cash and reporting
• Strong relationship management with internal/external stakeholders
• English fluency required for certain roles in Quebec
