- Manage Ashby’s Data Analysts (3 people) and partner with Data Engineer.
- Shape analytics practices and data products across the company.
- Balance hands-on analysis with team leadership in a growth environment.
- Help guide data practices, prioritization, and collaboration across teams.
- Drive data-driven decisions while maintaining high-quality data and analyses.
- Lead through AI implications and evolving data landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong SQL experience with dbt-style modeling, cloud data warehouses, and BI tools.
- Experience leading or managing data practitioners in high-growth companies.
- Ability to turn ambiguous questions into useful work and communicate clearly.
- Product-minded instincts to find core needs behind requests and deliver with impact.
- Comfort working across the analytics stack from modeling to dashboards.
- Experience in a growth-stage, product-oriented tech environment.
