📋 Description

• Lead the dbt v2 roadmap and new features.
• Own functionality for Fusion and enterprise value.
• Collaborate with OSS strategy and cross-functional teams.
• Bridge open source strategy with product delivery and revenue impact.
• Work with dbt Core and Fusion codebases; contribute as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years PM experience in technical domains (dev tooling, data platforms, OSS).
• Strong grasp of architectures for local deployments at scale.
• Understanding of OSS-driven PLG growth and product strategy.
• Ability to translate features into revenue and growth metrics.
• Experience aligning with engineering to ship complex features.
• Excellent communication with OSS contributors and enterprise users.
