Laboratory Technician (Remote Mine Site) Assayer

📋 Description

• Perform laboratory tests to determine chemical/physical characteristics of samples.
• Drive-in/drive-out to Côté Gold mine site; 12-hour shifts, 2 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off-site.
• Follow SGS SOPs, ensure PPE and safety compliance, maintain equipment and records.
• Prepare subsamples, perform fire assay techniques, and conduct acid digests/leaching.
• Maintain lab reports, calibrations, and quality checks on instruments.
• Train new staff and assist other Laboratory Technicians as needed.
