Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Travel to retail locations to analyze, test, troubleshoot, repair, or rebuild machines.
• Repair both mechanical and electrical components of TOMRA machines.
• Interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Work independently with team support; company vehicle provided.
• Schedule: 7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri with rotating weekend days.
• Support sustainability by fixing devices that customers can't fix themselves.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with repair/troubleshooting ability.
• Electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Diagnose electrical faults; hands-on repair skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication; proficient with laptops and Windows OS.
• Valid driver's license; prior safety record.
