📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from quote to cash.
• Manage invoicing, reconciliation, receivables, and collections.
• Review invoices vs. order forms; resolve discrepancies withSales/Customers.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure revenue reporting accuracy.
• Optimize QuickBooks Online and Stripe; drive automation & workflow upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years accounting with AR & RevenueOps focus (U.S.-based).
• Experience spanning complete revenue cycle from quote to cash.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Stripe; review SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; handle discrepancies with tact.
• Experience with process improvements, upgrades, automation.
