📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from quote to cash
• Review invoices and resolve discrepancies with sales/customers
• Manage collections and respond to inquiries
• Collaborate with accounting; review SQL outputs for accuracy
• Optimize QuickBooks Online and Stripe; automate workflows
• Streamline revenue processes to improve quote-to-cash

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years accounting experience in US-based companies focused on AR and Revenue Ops
• End-to-end revenue cycle management experience
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe; able to review SQL outputs
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; address discrepancies with customers/sales
• Experience with process improvements, system upgrades, and automation
• Familiarity with startup accounting and adapting to changing priorities
