Principal AI Engineer II

📋 Description

• Define and advance AI engineering strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Architect and build secure, scalable AI platforms and tools for enterprise adoption.
• Lead production-grade AI solutions from ideation to retirement.
• Integrate AI platforms with AWS and enterprise environments.
• Establish practices for testing, release management, observability, and operational support.
• Apply risk-based approaches to compliance, data integrity, privacy, and responsible AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ experience, Master’s with 8, or PhD with 4 in Computer
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating production-scale AI/ML systems.
• Strong AI/platform engineering experience with scalable platforms and reusable components.
• Experience with AWS systems/services and production-grade software/ cloud engineering practices.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/healthcare) and full solution lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders and technical teams.
