- Combine strategic advisory with agent development to enable AI-first transformation at enterprise
🎯 Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years in management consulting or transformation strategy with VP/Director exposure.
- Experience scoping, building, and shipping AI or conversational AI products.
- Strong technical fluency with product architecture, conversational design, and agent development
- Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems and cloud migration in CCaaS/UCaaS contexts.
- Excellent communicator capable of translating strategy to actionable plans for executives.
