Senior IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Nashville; 2x in-office per week.
• Design, build, and scale enterprise IT systems for a global workforce.
• Support end-user computing, identity/access, collaboration tooling, and core IT operations.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Improve reliability, security, and user experience across IT services.
• Lead projects and drive operational excellence within IT.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, or related corporate IT role.
• Experience supporting identity platforms, collaboration tools, endpoint OS, and device management.
• Strong ability to plan and execute complex projects and diagnose root causes.
• Excellent written documentation and cross-functional communication.
