Senior Power BI Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI solutions (semantic models, dashboards, reports).
• Develop advanced DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations; troubleshoot performance.
• Implement governance: RLS, deployment pipelines, gateways, dataflows, naming standards.
• Integrate Power BI with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL Server.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to define KPIs and analytics needs.
• Create wireframes and intuitive dashboard experiences with UX/UI and data storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development; at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Expert-level DAX and Power Query (M); strong dimensional modeling and enterprise semantic models.
• Strong UX/UI, data storytelling, and dashboard design capabilities; portfolio preferred.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and translate business questions into solutions.
• Solid SQL skills; experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or SQL Server.
• Experience in consulting/client-facing environments; knowledge of Power BI Service, governance, and
