📋 Description

• Lead cutover lifecycle from strategy through go-live and post-cutover review.
• Coordinate across business, application, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, data, operations, and vendor
• Define readiness criteria and ensure prerequisites met before go-live.
• Manage Go/No-Go decisions and deployment readiness with stakeholders.
• Oversee rollback, contingency, and business continuity plans.
• Monitor execution in real time and escalate critical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Cutover Management, Release Management, or large-scale deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Technical background with hands-on experience as DevOps/SRE/Platform/Infra engineer or similar.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, deployment processes, integrations, and ops support.
• Ability to coordinate complex activities across teams and functions.
• Define readiness criteria, manage Go/No-Go, and coordinate deployment decisions.
