- Analytical/execution core of deal team
- Build models, run diligence, analyze transactions
- Work across acquisitions, investments, and strategic analyses
- Collaborate with execs and business units
- Own end-to-end deal workstreams with Associates
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 yrs in IB, PE, CD, or VC
- Financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Tech fluency in enterprise infra, data, AI a plus
- Experience applying AI tools to research/analysis
- Strong written, concise materials for executives
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with ownership
