Senior Design Engineer - (SJ2026AP)

📋 Description

• Detailed design of Archer’s Electric Engine systems (motor, gearbox, inverter, thermo-lubrication)
• Own design of multiple components through design, manufacturing/assembly, and test/validation
• Develop innovative solutions to design problems.
• Design mechanical components like gears, shafts, pumps, structural housings, fasteners, oil
• Create component drawings and coordinate with suppliers for manufacture.
• Perform component-level finite element analysis to validate designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 60 months of aerospace design experience in mechanical design, gearbox design, and
• Alternate requirement: Master’s degree with 24 months of relevant experience.
• Travel: 10% domestic and international travel required.
