Staff Salesforce Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the Salesforce platform technical direction and architecture.
• Own integration architecture between Salesforce and Ibotta services.
• Define development, deployment, and code review practices; document them for full-time and
• Own testing, reliability, and performance of the platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and revenue stakeholders; translate technical
• Simplify complex inherited systems and mentor Salesforce engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years Salesforce engineering with multi-team technical leadership.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/Analytics or equivalent.
• Deep Apex and Lightning Web Components experience; strong Salesforce data model knowledge.
• Experience with at least one backend language (Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
• Experience with event-driven architecture and REST/SOAP integration (Platform Events, Change Data
• Salesforce release/deployment practices; version control with Copado, Salesforce DX, Git; CPQ
