Operations Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Transform data from SAP and other sources into actionable info for decisions.
• Design and maintain BI reports and dashboards (SAP BO, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Power BI).
• Write SQL queries and data extraction logic for reporting and analysis.
• Identify and fix discrepancies between reports and source data.
• Provide a reliable view of performance metrics (quality, service, cost, productivity).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Analytics, or related field.
• 1+ year in data analysis with structured data and stakeholder reporting.
• 1+ year designing/reporting with SAP BO (Web Intelligence/Crystal) and SQL.
• Hands-on SQL writing, procedures, or data extraction for reports.
• Experience with relational DBs and data validation across sources.
• Ability to translate requirements into specs and manage multiple workstreams.
