Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations, covering quote generation, invoicing, reconciliation
• Review invoices and billing info against order forms, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding invoices, billing issues, and payment status
• Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting teams and reviewing SQL query
• Manage and optimize financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe, including upgrades
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes and strengthen controls in the quote-to-cash

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience within U.S.-based companies, focusing on Accounts Receivable and
• Experience managing the complete revenue cycle from quote to cash.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe, with ability to review SQL outputs for
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills; able to challenge discrepancies with customers or
• Experience implementing process improvements, system upgrades, and automation projects in
• Familiarity with startup accounting; adaptability to changing priorities.
