Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own management reporting and financial performance across entities and products.
• Lead budgeting, cash-flow planning, and scenario analysis.
• Build robust financial controls, reconciliations, and approval workflows.
• Oversee settlements, FX, and intercompany transactions.
• Partner with Data, Dev, and Treasury to automate reporting and improve insights.
• Scale Finance across markets, currencies, and payment methods.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance; 3+ years managing a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments, acquiring, EMI, or high-volume transactional business.
• Experience transforming manual processes to automated data pipelines and reporting.
• Leadership of multiple legal entities, currencies, and intercompany ops.
• Strong P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecasting experience.
• Ability to define metrics, unit economics, and profitability analysis by product/segment.
