Software Engineer, Customer Solutions

📋 Description

• Own the engineering experience for external payload partners integrating with Muon's software
• Collaborate with Flight Software, Mission & Systems Engineering on payload interfaces.
• Lead customer-facing tech exchanges, design reviews and integration tests.
• Author and maintain the customer-facing SDK guides and sample code.
• Maintain epics, estimate work, and flag roadmap changes early.
• Define metrics for payload integration and manage area OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS/CE/AE or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong fluency in modern C++ and Python.
• 5+ years of professional software eng experience shipping customer-facing software.
• Excellent coding, design, and communication skills.
