🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, backend focus.
• 2+ years in fintech/payments or regulated workflows.
• Proven experience operating production systems with reliability and observability.
• Ability to independently deliver complex projects with impact.
• Strong Python proficiency; backend architecture and APIs knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL experience.
