- Oversee analytics, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Marketing Operations with people management.
- Experience building infrastructure in early-stage or fast-evolving environments.
- Proven AI adoption leadership within marketing or RevOps; clarity on where AI helps vs.
- Experience designing attribution models and ABM strategies; Demandbase familiarity preferred.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable systems from the ground up.
- Strong organizational, PM, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
