Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain accessible enterprise UIs (ASP.NET MVC 5).
• Translate requirements into polished front-end experiences.
• Apply UI/UX, IA, interaction, visual hierarchy, usability, and responsive design.
• Ensure web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Use semantic HTML, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, focus management.
• Test interfaces with assistive tech (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/HCI/Design or related field, or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years frontend/UI development experience.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• UI/UX principles, accessibility, WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, Section 508.
• ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET MVC 5; full-stack .NET experience.
