📋 Description

• Roll out and flawlessly execute the international events roadmap across all active markets
• Coordinate immediate event resourcing, including local contractors, production agencies, and venue
• Manage day-to-day logistics for instructors and talent at international activations
• Deliver on-site execution of live events aligned with global creative concepts
• Coordinate calendar of live activations including Peloton Studios London, brand pop-ups, Run Clubs
• Implement ticketing, RSVP platforms, and invite strategies for diverse audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end international event campaigns (Australia, Germany, Canada
• Experience with event resourcing, staffing, and production coordination
• Hands-on guest management, ticketing, and invites across diverse audiences
• Strong budgeting discipline and ability to track KPIs
• Cross-functional collaboration with PR, Marketing, Social, and Content teams
• Background producing live consumer events (studio activations, pop-ups, community gatherings)
