Senior Engineering Manager, ML Platform

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the ML Platform team (engineering and data science) responsible for training
• Own roadmap, execution, and quality of systems behind Sift's ML models.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Core Infrastructure, Product, and Customer Success to align platform

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience; 4+ years in people management for software or ML teams.
• Deep fluency in ML systems: training pipelines, feature engineering, serving, evaluation at
• Proven track record with enterprise customer engagements and POVs.
• Experience reducing technical debt in high-traffic production systems.
• Experience designing/scaling evaluation frameworks (offline/online) for ML models.
• Strong automation mindset; ability to identify and automate repeatable processes.
