• Lead end-to-end revenue operations: quoting, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables tracking
• Review invoices vs orders; resolve discrepancies with sales and customers.
• Respond to billing inquiries and manage collections ownership.
• Support revenue reporting; review SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Manage QuickBooks Online and Stripe; drive upgrades and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of US-based AR and Revenue Operations experience.
• End-to-end revenue cycle management from quote to cash.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Stripe; ability to review SQL outputs.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; challenge discrepancies when needed.
• Experience with process improvements and automation in accounting/revenue ops.
