📋 Description
- Lead Customer Master Data vision, roadmap, governance across SAP S/4HANA
- Serve as senior contact for Customer Master Data across functions
- Define global data standards, stewardship, data quality controls
- Drive continuous improvement in Master Data processes
- Oversee MDM/DSP (Syniti) operating models and workflows
- Lead DSP workflows for timely processing and SLA adherence
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Analytics
- Strong OTC understanding across Finance, CS, Supply Chain, IT
- Proven ability to influence and drive change in global orgs
- Experience improving processes with governance and compliance focus
- PM skills with Smartsheet or similar tools
- Advanced analytics and problem solving, actionable insights
