📋 Description

• Lead Cricut's patent program with GC oversight
• Develop and execute global patent strategy
• Draft and prosecute US/foreign patent applications
• Provide IP guidance in commercial agreements
• Advise on patent risk, FTO, and competitive landscape
• Coordinate with outside counsel and search firms

🎯 Requirements

• JD from ABA-approved law school
• 5+ years patent prosecution experience
• Experience with freedom-to-operate analyses and clearance
• USPTO patent bar admission required
• Bar membership in good standing
• Experience counseling on IP with business teams
