Director, Free Cash Flow & Working Capital Planning

📋 Description

• Lead Everpure's cash flow end-to-end modeling and forecasting.
• Build integrated three-statement forecast with balance sheet focus.
• Drive working capital optimization and capital allocation insights.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Supply Chain, and FP&A leadership.
• Establish cadence, governance, and scalable planning platforms.
• Coach a hands-on team while delivering driver-based models and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in finance with corporate FP&A and cash flow forecasting.
• Hands-on capital, working capital, and three-statement modeling expertise.
• Experience with hardware/manufacturing or hybrid hardware/subscription models preferred.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive; ERP like NetSuite/SAP.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and data warehousing.
• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
