Complaint Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the complaint lifecycle, investigate returned products, and identify trends to improve QMS.
• Review inbound feedback to determine formal complaint criteria and log in Arena.
• Safely process and inspect returned devices to identify primary failure modes and root causes.
• Monitor return rates and complaint metrics to spot patterns and drive improvements.
• Synthesize findings into leadership reports and support regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and timely, accurate case closures.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical discipline.
• Understanding of SQL and Python for querying data and analysis.
• Experience with QMS concepts and medical device manufacturing quality practices.
• Strong written/verbal communication, analytical thinking, and deadline-driven prioritization.

🎁 Benefits

• Location: Onsite in San Mateo, CA (5 days a week).
• Full-time exempt role with pay range $70,000 - $90,000.
