🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Product-first tooling mindset; ships code with real-world impact.
- Experience with at least one web framework, preferably Node or Python.
- Strong problem-solving and feedback iteration skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to build key product components.
- Empathy for customers and willingness to learn about life sciences.
