Director, Strategy, Analytics, and Business Insights

📋 Description

• Lead analytics and insights across AbbVie’s Clinical Development Operations (CDO) to drive business
• Partner with senior leadership to review trends and recommend action steps
• Serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of Clinical Acceleration and Performance
• Develop reporting to monitor Clinical Study KPIs and lead/lag indicators
• Influence cross-functional teams and ensure data integrity across systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in science or business with statistics/math; clinical experience preferred
• 10+ years in pharma with trials knowledge; advanced degrees encouraged
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence
• Experience in consulting is a plus; proficient in R/SAS and visualization tools
