Test Specialist Supervisor (Starship)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of test specialists executing Starship/Super Heavy production checkouts
• Drive hourly/day-to-day checkout progress across stations and cells
• Build, retain, and manage staff; allocate labor across campaigns and serials
• Foster productive, high-performance culture; work closely with team
• Oversee safety, quality, data integrity, and flight-worthiness conformance
• Ensure equipment, inventory, and procedures support checkout flow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in production test/vehicle checkout/final assembly
• 2+ years leading a team or project
• Experience with lean manufacturing, kaizen, six sigma, FMEA
• Strong communication with Engineering, Production, and GSE
