Director, Digital Assets FinOps

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day digital asset financial operations, including wallet and custody administration
• Own end-to-end reconciliation of digital asset activity, from on-chain data to sub-ledger to
• Define the operational, accounting, and control requirements for new product and token launches
• Partner with Accounting to deliver an accurate and timely close for digital asset activity
• Design, document, and operate the control framework over digital assets, including SOX controls
• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for custodians, exchanges, and other counterparties

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, accounting, controllership, or
• Strong accounting foundation and command of the financial statements
• Experience owning financial operations for digital assets, including custody, wallets, settlement
• Working knowledge of digital asset accounting under U.S. GAAP, including fair value measurement and
• Excellent attention to detail and a track record of building process where none exists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences
