Senior Director, Site Development – Southeast

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of AI data center sites in Southeast from entitlement through
• Escalate for approval on decisions with material impact on budget, schedule, scope, or risk.
• Directly manage Site Readiness, surveys, permitting strategy, and early diligence.
• Lead a blended team of internal staff and contractors for the region's sites.
• Maintain site-level relationships with jurisdictions, utilities, and landowners during entitlement
• Coordinate with other business units to align site work with the broader company.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in site development, land development, or construction management for large-scale
• Experience carrying projects from entitlement through construction completion.
• Experience with design-build or EPC contractors under lump sum or similar models.
• Strong understanding of permitting, utility interconnection, and land use processes.
• Judgment to flag and escalate major decisions to senior leadership promptly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
