Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own and operate core programs enabling Engineering to move fast, improve quality, and deliver
• Run Managed Release Process, oversee technical quality OKRs, and drive horizontal project
• Collaborate with engineers to build operational muscle, drive issue resolution, and scale processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in Technical Program Management, Engineering Operations, Product Operations, or similar
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, CI, incident management, release
• Familiarity with feature flags, incidents, bug lifecycle; able to follow conversations without
• Ability to drive clarity and accountability across cross-functional teams; define success metrics.
• Process-oriented mindset; identify gaps and close them; vendor management experience.
