🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years backend experience for large-scale SaaS
- Java, Kotlin, C#, Javascript, React
- Experience architecting microservices
- Monitoring tools like New Relic or Kibana
- SDLC, design patterns, and Agile
- Strong SQL and relational databases
