📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of reliability engineering solutions for
• Serve as a technical advisor to management and cross-functional teams
• Influence technical decisions and contribute to departmental strategy
• Oversee incident response and root cause analysis for high-impact production issues
• Develop and refine monitoring and observability frameworks
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree
• Minimum of 8 years supporting production applications in high-availability environments
• UNIX/Linux administration, troubleshooting, and network configuration
• Scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation frameworks
• Container orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Puppet)
• Proven track record leading complex projects and mentoring others
