📋 Description

• Own mechanical engineering end-to-end for pilot line and modular units
• Design system architecture for transportable micro-factory
• Integrate additive manufacturing into ceramic workflows
• Oversee machining, finishing, coating, and inspection processes
• Lead automation, robotics, and safety systems integration
• Collaborate with data software teams for structured process data

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in mechanical engineering in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense
• Hands-on CNC machining, fixturing, metrology
• Read/create drawings with GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Automation/robotics experience in production settings
• Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/NX/Creo or equivalent)
• Proven hardware development from concept to debug
