📋 Description
- Lead enterprise-wide value engineering processes.
- Embed VE into PDP and standardize best practices.
- Lead Should Cost/DFM tool adoption and workshops.
- Train teams to embed VE mindset across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive VE opportunities for products.
- Influence supplier tech roadmaps to meet requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- Knowledge of value engineering/analysis tools.
- Product design analysis, tolerance stack-ups.
- Experience with manufacturing processes for low/high volumes.
- Strong problem solving, DFM, should-cost/could-cost.
- Experience with medical device manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, machining).
- Strong communication; training/workshop facilitation a plus.
