📋 Description

• Campaigns behind consumer programs: subscriptions, giveaways, surveys, lifecycle communications
• Manage CRM platform Braze across email, push, SMS, in-app
• Build and QA assets; manage approvals and reporting
• Create content to support channel optimization, segmentation, analytics
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product and Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Attention to detail; multiple moving parts
• Experience copywriting short, engaging messages
• Comfort with numbers; interpret campaign results
• Basic design skills; knowledge of Figma
• Experience with Claude or similar LLM tools; AI-driven productivity
