- Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak/high-volume periods by delivering
- Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
- Handle shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and visual standards on sales floor.
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build guest loyalty.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand/move for shifts; constant movement throughout store.
- Demonstrates business acumen with metrics and aligns with guiding principles.
