📋 Description
- Design analytics work products with cross-functional teams; act as analytics consultant
- Lead design standards to ensure consistent analytics and optimized user experience
- Develop prototypes, test methods and algorithms; apply ML/AI for insights
- Enable data-driven insights across clinical development, including precision medicine
- Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH/SOPs and evolving regulations
- Identify business needs; create standard KPIs, reports, and analyses
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in statistics/analytics/data science; Master’s preferred
- 3-5 years analytics experience in clinical research; leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in R, Python, SQL; statistical/data mining knowledge
- Expert visualization skills (Spotfire/Tableau/MicroStrategy)
- ML/advanced analytics expertise; strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability; capable of managing multiple priorities
