📋 Description

• Source, structure, and close high-leverage platform partnerships
• Own full deal lifecycle from market mapping to launch
• Partner with EWA, payroll, HCM, and WFM platforms for embedded strategies
• Negotiate commercial frameworks and drive cross-functional alignment
• Manage pipeline with stage gates and executive-level partner engagement
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations to move deals forward

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales
• Deep familiarity with payroll, HCM, WFM ecosystems
• Strong ability to structure revenue share and embedded models
• Executive communication with C-suite and senior leaders
• Self-directed outbound motion; pipeline from scratch
• Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance
