Quality Inspector II, Production Floor, Second Shift

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough inspections (in-process and final) on propulsion components, large structures and
• Use precision hand tools to perform dimensional inspections on flight hardware
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to quality initiatives
• Review hardware requirements and determine pass/fail status, documenting non-conformances
• Take closeout photos of large integrated assemblies after final walkdowns
• Use borescopes to perform FOD inspections on machined parts or other cavities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Expert proficiency with precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages)
• Ability to collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams
• Strong track record in inspections, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
• Clear communicator interfacing with inspectors, engineers, production, and quality stakeholders
• Hands-on MRB experience, ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
