Sr. Software Engineer - Engineering Tools

📋 Description

• Drive Agentic AI Automation initiatives that involve internal and external tools/vendors.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and designers on tooling and automation.
• Stabilize CI/CD infrastructure including Jenkins, Github Actions, ArgoCD and performance tests.
• Work with a small engineering team to ship features with high automation coverage and quality.
• Partner with other Automation Engineers to evolve Automation Testing frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS or related technical field
• 5+ years of software development/automation experience
• Familiarity with Agentic Tools and Technologies (Claude, Codex, Augment, etc.)
• Experience with Selenium, Behave, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks
• Proactive, self-starter mindset; comfortable contributing across design, product, frontend
