📋 Description
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services with ownership across SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams
- Design, implement, and maintain M365 configurations aligned with standards
- Manage tenant-wide settings, licensing, and capacity planning
- Serve as escalation point for M365 incidents and RCA
- Engage Microsoft Support as needed and manage cases to resolution
- Partner with security teams on CA policies, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery
