• Ensure software scales to 10B+ events and thousands of users.
• Help establish engineering culture during scale-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Technically fluent with evaluations, RL, LLMs, and Agents.
• Research-oriented; tracks SOTA literature.
• Extreme owner with founder mindset; resourceful and scrappy.
• Creative problem solver; designs projects from scratch.
• Proficient with coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code.
